Hello All!
Apologies in advance for what may be a dumb question... I am migrating from J3.10 and need to know if I should stay at J4, or, is J5 stable enough for production sites now?
I am replacing my appointment scheduler with another product and cannot afford to have hiccups prevent access to the site.
My plan as of today (local test site is on win10 pc with XAMPP mariadb8.0.30 / PHP 8.0.30), migrate to J4.43, removing everything I can so it is a fairly clean site.... then do backup with Akeeba and reinstall on another PC with XAMPP (8.1.25 / PHP 8.1.25) and migrate J4.43 to J5 testing my site on both.
May be overkill,,, I just do not want it to 'blowup' from instability once it goes live.
